Samuel Roth is an Associate Attorney at Green, Bryant, & French, LLP. His practice focuses on representing community associations, timeshare developments, and private clubs in all aspects of the law, including a wide variety of real estate matters including land use and development issues.
In 2021, Mr. Roth earned both his Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration degrees from the University of San Diego. While at the University of San Diego, he was a two-term executive member of the Business Law Society and focused his studies on finance, real estate, land use, and climate change. Mr. Roth is an active member of the San Diego County Bar Association, Federal Bar Association San Diego Chapter, and Urban Land Institute.
Before returning to his hometown to attend law and business school, Mr. Roth earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History from the University of Washington in 2014.
